Marketing & Communications Manager

We’re looking for a unique and talented individual to join us as our first full-time marketing and communications manager.

About the Role: As our Marketing & Communications Manager, you’ll play a key role in promoting social inclusion, tackling loneliness, and fostering resilient & climate friendly neighbourhoods across Ireland. You’ll lead the development and delivery of our marketing and engagement strategy, produce compelling content, oversee our digital presence, and drive our national campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

-Strategic Leadership: Update and lead our communications, marketing, and engagement strategy.

-Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging content for various platforms, including social media, newsletters, and our website.

-Campaign Management: Design and deliver impactful national campaigns that resonate with our mission.

-Community Engagement: Work closely with our project managers and community liaisons to promote participation and build strong neighbourhood networks.

What We’re Looking For:

-A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

-At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in campaign management and content creation.

-A passion for community development and inclusion.

-Strong communication and IT skills, with experience in social media management and website administration.

Contract type & hours: Full-time role, 1 year contract initially

Salary Range:  €42,000-€44,000 dependent on experience

Street Feast Campaign Officer

About the role: As Campaign Officer, you will support the Street Feast Campaign Manager in carrying out all aspects of the Street Feast 2025 campaign from start to finish. You will also work closely with the Street Feast Community Officer.

Street Feast is Ireland’s national weekend of neighbourhood street parties and food sharing. It is an initiative of Neighbourhood Network, a not-for-profit, community building organisation. We’re all about building and strengthening neighbourhoods and kick-starting ideas for positive community participation. Our goal for Street Feast this year is to inspire 1250 Street Feasts to take place across the country on the weekend of 24th/25th May.

Contract type & hours: 4 month contract, 3 days per week (21 hours)

Salary: €32,760 pro-rata (Equates to €1,638 per month)
