Join Our Team as a Financial Administrator at Neighbourhood Network

We are seeking an experienced financial administrator to join the team, with hopefully a passion for community building. This role involves managing finances, supporting the team and contributing to the smooth operation of our initiatives aimed at fostering social inclusion and community resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle financial duties including bookkeeping, producing monthly management reports, payroll, payments and VAT returns.
  • Support administrative processes, governance administration and staff development
  • Assist the CEO with budgeting, forecasting and board reporting

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years relevant financial & administrative experience,
  • A good working knowledge of management reporting and project accounting,
  • High-level of proficiency in excel
  • Substantial experience of working with accounting software,
  • Worked with or supported a CEO (or similar) previously.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills

Details:

  • Location: Newtownmountkennedy, Wicklow (Hybrid) – location flexible for right candidate
  • Hours: 20 per week
  • Salary: €19/hour. €39,520 pro-rata
