Neighbourhood Network Board Openings
Neighbourhood Network is seeking to recruit a treasurer to our board of directors. The successful candidate will have experience working in a similar role, either in a commercial organisation or another charity.
The Specific responsibilities of this role are;
- Overseeing the effective financial management of the organisation
- Working with the CEO to provide the annual budget
- Ensuring development and Board review of the financial policies and procedures
- Working with the Auditor to produce the Annual Accounts, for discussion and approval in the first instance by the Board and subsequently by the AGM
- Responsible to the Board for the discharge of its obligations in relation to accounts.
We are also seeking to recruit a number of non-executive directors to the board with backgrounds and professional experience in HR, Legal or Business Development.

Community Time Machine
We are seeking innovative documentary-style portrait photographers based in Counties Clare, Meath, Kildare, Cavan, Kilkenny, Longford and Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown to take the lead on a photo project as part of our Community Time Machine initiative.
We want to produce a series of portraits which capture our participants in this moment and time and showcases their worlds. We are seeking one photographer in each of the above counties. This is a paid opportunity and all work will be credited.

Creative Content Organiser
A volunteer position with Neighbourhood Network
We seek to recruit two volunteer Creative Content Organisers with multimedia skills to join the small Neighbourhood Network team.
The Content Organiser’s key responsibility is to assist with compiling and building the web content for our ongoing Time Machine Project. The Time Machine Project is a joint initiative between Creative Ireland, various county councils as well as Neighbourhood Network. Our aim is to create an artistic digital display of images, quotes and artistic responses from our multi-generational participants across Ireland.
This role will be on an initial flexible 2 month agreement (Jan. & Feb.) for up to 10 hrs per week.

Community Organiser
Bring the Time Machine project to your community
Bring the Community Time Machine to your area! We are delighted to be seeking Community Organisers and groups to take part in the following counties: Clare, Donegal, Kildare, Kilkenny, Cavan, Longford, Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown, Meath and Westmeath!
Community organisers are the link between a local group and Neighbourhood Network, they help gather a group of 5+ young people aged 12-18 to take part, and guide them through the project!
